How can I avoid the monthly activity fee?

The monthly activity fee may be waived if the account has an average Net Liquidation Value greater than or equal to USD 100,000 (or non-USD equivalent). The monthly activity fee may also be waived based on commissions generated. The monthly activity is waived the first three full calendar months after a new account is opened.
